Hours of Operation
During Academic Year, starting August 29Ìý
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Telehealth appointments for certain appointment types are available. Routine telehealth appointments can be scheduled on theÌýStudent Health Portal, psychiatric telehealth appointments are available by calling 202.885.3380.
- On Wednesdays, the SHC is closed from 9–10 a.m.Ìýfor staff meetings
During Semester Breaks and Summer

Making an Appointment
SHC services are available by appointment. To make an appointment, simply call us at 202-885-3380 or schedule online. Psychiatric appointments are only availale to be scheduled over the phone.Ìý
If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, you need to cancel the appointment at least 2 hours ahead of the appointment time. This will open up an appointment for your fellow students.
Please be aware that any student who does not cancel their appointment 2 hours ahead of time will be charged a no-show fee of $25.

Who is eligible to be seen at the Student Health Center?
All enrolled degree-seeking students at 69´«Ã½ University are welcome, regardless of type of individual insurance carried.
Medical Emergencies
If you're on campus and experience a medical emergency or become ill after the SHC is closed, immediately notify the Resident Assistant or Director on duty or Public Safety at 202-885-3636.
If you're off campus and have a medical emergency, dial 911.
