The purpose of this policy is to assure the integrity of the University鈥檚 charges for salaries, wages, goods, and services on sponsored projects transferred to and/or from a sponsored project after an initial charge elsewhere in the University鈥檚 accounting system; and to ensure compliance with sponsor terms and conditions, regulations, and other University policies.
